About DocuNation
DocuNation is an independent Israeli documentary initiative creating powerful experiences around films and the people behind them.

Co-founded by multi-award-winning filmmaker Yonatan Nir and producer Almog Gurevich, DocuNation began by bringing Israeli documentaries and live filmmaker conversations to global online audiences.

Today, we produce everything from online screenings and Q&As to in-person events, educational programs, and immersive seminars exploring storytelling, resilience, healing, and human connection.

Through this work, we support Israeli films and filmmakers while building meaningful bridges between Israel and audiences around the world. Our goal is to turn documentary film into a shared experience, one that invites reflection, meaningful conversation, and a deeper connection to the stories we carry.

From Post-Trauma to Healing

Join us for a powerful day of film, conversation, education, and community as we explore the journey from trauma toward healing, resilience, and hope.
Produced in partnership with DocuNation, this unique event will bring together filmmakers, mental health professionals, survivors, educators, community leaders, and advocates for a series of thought-provoking screenings, keynote presentations, panel discussions, and interactive workshops.

Throughout the day, attendees will have the opportunity to engage with diverse perspectives on trauma and recovery, learn practical tools for resilience, and participate in meaningful conversations about healing on both individual and collective levels.

Whether you are a mental health professional, educator, caregiver, community member, or simply someone seeking connection and understanding, this event offers a space to learn, reflect, and be inspired.
Together, we remember. Together, we heal.
