Refund & Ticket Policy

The following policy applies to all tickets purchased directly through Jewish Voices in Music (“JVM”).
​
Non-Refundable Tickets
All tickets purchased through Jewish Voices in Music are non-refundable.
​
This non-refundable policy applies only to tickets purchased directly through JVM. Tickets purchased through third-party platforms or vendors are subject to the refund and exchange policies of those providers. Jewish Voices in Music has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, third-party ticketing policies.

Event Rescheduling
In the event that a performance is rescheduled, ticket purchasers will be given the opportunity to select from one of the newly scheduled dates. Tickets will be reissued for the selected date at no additional cost to the purchaser.
​
Extraordinary Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only under extraordinary circumstances, at the sole discretion of Jewish Voices in Music.
​
To request consideration for a refund under extraordinary circumstances, purchasers must contact
tickets@jewishvoicesinmusic.com no later than seven (7) business days prior to the scheduled event date.
​
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at purchase. Please allow seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
​
Ticket Transfers
Tickets purchased through JVM are transferable, subject to approval by Jewish Voices in Music.
To request a ticket transfer, the original purchaser must contact tickets@jewishvoicesinmusic.com no later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled event and provide the following information:

Original ticket confirmation number

For security reasons, requests to transfer tickets made within 48 hours of the event may be declined.
​
Jewish Voices in Music reserves the right to approve or deny any ticket transfer request at its sole discretion.
There is no fee for ticket transfers. In the event of a ticket transfer, Jewish Voices in Music has no obligation to refund any amount to the original ticket purchaser.
​
Force Majeure
Jewish Voices in Music shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, public health emergencies, government restrictions, venue-related issues, labor disputes, or other unforeseen events (“Force Majeure”).
