Sharon Rostorf-Zamir
Sharon Rostorf-Zamir is one of Israel’s most acclaimed sopranos, internationally recognized for her luminous voice and profound interpretive depth. She has performed in leading opera houses and concert halls across Europe, Japan, China, and the United States, and became a principal soloist at the Frankfurt Opera House at age 24.

A longtime artist with the Israeli Opera, she has portrayed roles including Gilda, Norina, Adina, and Adele, and has appeared as a concert soloist with the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra under Zubin Mehta. Her recordings include works by Mahler, Handel, Schumann, and Schubert, as well as Forever to Remember, dedicated to poems by Holocaust survivor Yaakov Barzilai.

Prof. Sharon Rostorf-Zamir is Full Professor and Head of the Vocal Department at the Buchmann-Mehta School of Music, Tel Aviv University, and a sought-after masterclass leader whose students achieve remarkable international success.
